Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping MethodWe ship items via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Returns & exchanges will be accepted in the following circumstances:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item was damaged in shipping
- You ordered the wrong item by mistake
- You wish to exchange the item for a different one
Shipping charges will be covered by Allegro, Inc. if we were at fault or the item was damaged in shipping. If you were at fault and ordered the wrong item or wish to exchange the item for a different one, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item plus the cost of shipping the replacement item.
